Must be available to work nights and weekends About Sabatino's Italiano Sabatino's Italiano is looking for friendly, professional, and motivated Servers to join our team in Apex, NC. We strive to provide an exceptional dining experience through delicious Italian cuisine, warm hospitality, and outstanding guest service. Job Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their dining experience. Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Make recommendations and answer questions about menu ingredients and preparation. Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate service. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests. Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining areas and server stations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant service standards. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere. Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy service periods. Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
