Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our dynamic food service team. In this role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes orders, and delivers exceptional dining experiences. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with your ability to manage multiple tables efficiently, will ensure our guests leave satisfied and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your customer service skills in a lively environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for food. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Upsell menu items and wine or cocktail pairings to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Clear tables efficiently, bus used dishes, and reset tables for new guests in a timely manner Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed, maintaining food safety standards Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions confidently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and excellent guest relations abilities Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing genuine hospitality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and quick calculations during service Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
