The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food and beverages, providing accurate information about menu items, and ensuring that all tables are properly set up and cleaned. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure that all food is served in accordance with health and safety regulations. Keep track of customer orders and ensure accuracy of orders. Check food quality before serving to customers. Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience in food service and restaurant environments Proficient in using POS systems, such as Aloha and Micros Strong food handling and safety knowledge Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Familiarity with fine dining service standards and practices Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations
