Job Description:

The primary role of a server at Cúrate is to create an extraordinary atmosphere and experience for all guests. This includes but is not limited to the following duties: Put orders into Aloha and understand Aloha functions Take food and drink orders Stock the restaurant with items needed during service Educate guests in tapas, Spanish drinks, and wine Run food to tables and accurately describe the dish(es) Clear tables of empty plates Ensure guest satisfaction and delight Polish glasses and silverware Work as a team, lending a hand to coworkers to ensure everyone's success Set up/close down the restaurant, including additional cleaning duties to maintain our standards Perform regular opening and closing duties and side work, including check out

Requirements:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have excellent communication skills while possessing the ability to take initiative. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional attitude and appearance. You must be available to work weekends, evening and day shifts, and be willing to work a flexible schedule, must have availability to work on Sundays. Join our team today!
