Food Runners at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. play an important role in delivering a great dining experience by efficiently delivering food to tables and assisting with service. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests' tables Ensure dishes are clean and properly put back into service Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience Work closely with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
Requirements or Qualifications:
Ability to listen and communicate effectively Able to multitask efficiently and work under pressure Strong organizational skills Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
