Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest services, ensuring that every patron enjoys their visit. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system or OpenTable as required. Serve food and drinks promptly, adhering to proper food handling and safety standards. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the guest experience. Manage cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen operations during busy periods. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations. Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak hours such as nightclub settings. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal Supports a collaborative service environment to ensure refined, detail-oriented guest experiences. Work effectively with team members to foster a positive and professional work environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
