Summary We are seeking dynamic Hosts and Servers to join our team at The Town Tavern of Blowing Rock. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued while also providing attentive service throughout their dining experience. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart. Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables while maintaining quality standards. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS, is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
