Responsibilities FOH team members tasks include cashier, running food and bussing tables, take-out operations, barista, and expediter. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Take accurate food and beverage orders. Coordinate with the kitchen and barista to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders. Check orders for accuracy before serving them to guests. Maintain clean and organized dining areas. Clear and reset tables efficiently to accommodate new guests. Ensure service areas are stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, etc. Familiarize yourself with the menu to make recommendations and upsell featured items. Inform guests about promotions, special events, etc. Embrace a positive and inclusive role within the Vicious Biscuit culture, actively engaging in teamwork, expressing enthusiasm for personal growth and development, and steadfastly upholding a commitment to excellence. Requirements Able to obtain food safety and alcohol service certifications within 30 days of employment. Eligible to work in the United States. Available to work weekends.
