Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. Your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Prepare bills and process payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food service regulations and best practices for food handling If you are passionate about providing excellent service, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
