Bocca Bistro is hiring servers, hosts, expo/ food runners to join our team in Boone, NC! You will greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a memorable experience. You will assist guests with their orders and take messages when necessary. You will also assist guests with their dining needs as needed and ensure that all orders are served quickly and accurately. A typical day as a Host/Server involves: Greeting guests as they arrive and providing them with a memorable experience Assisting guests with their dining needs as needed Providing accurate food orders to servers and ensuring that all orders are served quickly and accurately Servicing our very popular menu in the kitchen (not required but does help) Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitized

Job Requirements:

- Food Handler's Certification (not required but does help) - At least 18 years of age to serve. Host & expo/food runners can be under 18.
