is a small business in Bryson City, NC. We are fast-paced, fun, social and our goal is to Find a reliable employee that can work in a high volume restaurant .Server Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or questions
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as salad or dessert assembly
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order entry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest relations
