Role:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our Members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with Members. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery, while also handling any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Ultimately, your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Knowledge of food and beverage pairings. Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery. Monitor tables for customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Skills:
The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for interacting with guests and ensuring their needs are met. Time management skills will be utilized daily to prioritize tasks and serve customers efficiently during busy periods.
