The purpose of the Food Runner position is to present, carry, and run food, as well as clear plates by restaurant standards. Verbally provides accurate descriptions of various menu items and courses to Guests. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays

EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a Food & Beverage Service preferred Experience related to dealing with the general public preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to communicate with guests, team members, and managers effectively

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic knowledge and understanding of math

REASONING ABILITY

Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to be on feet for a long period of time Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely

Dining Room, Bar, and Kitchen areas 1,400 acres of High Hampton property
