Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings, and the ability to manage multiple tables with grace and professionalism. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems like OpenTable Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with general sanitation to uphold food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Support host/hostess duties when needed by managing waitlists and guest flow efficiently Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Must be 18 or older Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Culinary experience or background in food handling, preparation, sanitation, or kitchen operations is highly desirable Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures in the food industry Previous experience as a server or in guest services roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous Join us to be part of an exciting team where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine!
