Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via resy or other POS platforms Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and payment processing Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation Experience with guest services roles such as host/hostess or bussing is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction management Knowledge of restaurant operations including food industry standards, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices Join us as a Server where your passion for hospitality meets the energy of a thriving dining scene!
