HOST/SERVER ASSISTANT

will be responsible for but not limited to: Greet all guests professionally and friendly upon arrival. Complete understanding of menu and its ingredients Communication and good teamwork with fellow FOH members as well as the BOH Ability to meet guests needs and address complaints or issues promptly Ensuring the dining room is set up and maintained during service Ensures a clean and safe environment for guests and employees Leaving the restaurant in a clean and organized manner at the end of your shift Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays The ideal candidate must be able to: Understand and embrace our brand image and environment = Great "first" impression every day in appearance, speech, and personality Read and interpret menus Articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance Clearly communicate guests' needs to Servers, Bartenders, Runners, Managers, etc. Hear well in a loud environment to answer telephone and respond to guest requests Walk and stand during the entire shift Understand and deliver requests for assistance Must be 16 years old
