Job Summary The Server is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, delivering food and beverages promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Duties and Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system (Toast experience preferred). Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Provide attentive service throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including clearing and resetting tables quickly. Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and gift cards. Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting tables, stocking server stations, and side work. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous restaurant or customer service experience required. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, professional attitude and commitment to excellent customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
