Duties Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all food and beverage stations are prepared to high standards Serve food and beverages with professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly attitude to guests Assist with food handling, presentation, and basic food preparation tasks as needed Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting environment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payments accurately Maintain food safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and hygiene protocols Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred, including banquet or fine dining experience Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and beverage service techniques Experience working with POS systems and cash handling procedures Familiarity with wine knowledge, coffee service, or beverage offerings is a plus Ability to perform basic math for transactions and portioning tasks Prior catering, restaurant, or hotel experience will be highly valued for this energetic role Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional service!
