As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate food and drink orders using the cash register system. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist with food preparation as needed during busy shifts. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or fine dining is required. Strong sales skills with an emphasis on upselling menu items. Proficient in basic math for handling cash register transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
