Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and introducing daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring quality standards are met. Assist with cash handling duties, including processing payments through cash registers and handling tips. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during their dining experience. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests. Qualifications Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Knowledge of culinary terms and food handling practices is advantageous. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to help colleagues as needed.
