Our Parent Shift is designed for parents who want to work during the middle of the day while still having flexibility for school drop-off, pick-up, family time, and other commitments. As a Parent Shift Team Member at Chick-fil-A Carolina Mall, you'll work primarily in our Front of House Operations serving guests and helping create an exceptional experience.
