Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations efficiently during transactions Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with sanitation standards Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Prior restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality preferred Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus for understanding food preparation and safety standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in fine dining environments or nightclubs is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
