You'll play a vital part in ensuring delicious meals are served with care and professionalism. Duties Serve meals and beverages to residents and guests with friendly, attentive service, ensuring all needs are met accurately. Assist in food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and sanitation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste disposal efficiently. Follow food safety protocols diligently during handling, serving, and storage of all food items to prevent contamination. Support by helping with meal setup, portioning, and ensuring timely delivery of meals. Engage with customers to provide exceptional customer service, addressing special requests or dietary restrictions promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service flow and uphold sanitation standards throughout the dining experience. Knowledge of handling monetary transactions Experience Previous experience in serving/kitchen preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety regulations. Experience working in food production or culinary roles that require attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation. Strong time management skills to coordinate meal service efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Customer service experience that demonstrates patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Prior roles involving food service duties such as serving, bussing tables, cleaning kitchens or dining areas are beneficial. Common Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of food safety regulations Strong communication and teamwork skills Drug test will be required
