What You'll Do As a server/waitstaff at Juan Loco, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude and making them feel at home. Learning our menu inside and out to confidently make recommendations. Delivering excellent service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and checking in with guests during their meal. Upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Collaborating with your team to keep the restaurant running smoothly. What We're Looking For We're searching for team members who bring a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering great service. Here's what we'd love to see: 1 year of serving experience preferred (but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way!). Morning availability is required. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. A friendly, approachable demeanor and a team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn our menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
