Xenia Hospitality Group is seeking teammates for our newest location of our ilios crafted Greek concept. Our mission is to provide our guests with delicious, fresh Greek cuisine in a welcoming and friendly environment. Your role on the line will be an ambassador to our guests as you walk them through the ordering process and prepare their meal. The Line is the heart and soul of the operation as it requires the most guest interaction!

Job Duties include:

providing a welcoming environment for our guests with a smile and hospitable welcome create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations preparing your station for daily lunch and dinner service maintain and exceed sanitation standards describing menu items and offerings to our guests answering guest questions about the menu and menu items assisting with completion of catering orders We are seeking individuals who: have a positive attitude and a team mentality. can perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment. can ensure product quality and guest satisfaction. desire continuous improvement for themselves and others.
