Duties include knowledge of our drink and food menus, running food and drinks, taking orders from guests, clearing and busing tables, preparing and closing the dining room and patio before and after each shift, and other tasks that help ensure that each and every guest has a great experience at Aperitif. Prior server experience is not required but any restaurant experience is highly encouraged.
