Carrozza is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Server/Host to join our team. We are a locally owned Italian restaurant in downtown Edenton focused on fresh food, great wine, and genuine hospitality. Position Overview The Server/Host will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest, from the moment they arrive through the end of their meal. This position combines front-of-house hospitality with serving and hosting responsibilities, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working as part of a team and adapting to the needs of the restaurant. Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner Assist with seating guests and managing the flow of the dining room Provide attentive and knowledgeable table service Take food and beverage orders accurately Communicate menu items, specials, and recommendations Maintain clean, organized dining and host areas Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team Assist other team members when needed Handle guest questions and requests with a positive attitude Follow restaurant service, safety, and cleanliness standards What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Dependable and punctual Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment Comfortable working as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Previous restaurant, serving, or hosting experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate Why Carrozza?
