As a server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive service, sharing menu knowledge, and making every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Guide guests through our food and beverage menus, answering questions and making recommendations based on their preferences. Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system and communicate effectively with all team members. Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure every table has an outstanding dining experience. Promote featured menu items, desserts, beverages, and daily specials Process guest payments accurately and be responsible for your cash collected on shift Help maintain a clean, organized dining room by assisting with table maintenance, side work, and overall restaurant cleanliness. Work collaboratively with fellow servers, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and kitchen staff to provide seamless service. Qualifications 2 Years of serving experience required; high-volume dining experience is preffered. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math and cash-handling skills.
