PRIOR SERVER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage options. Take accurate food and drink orders using basic math skills to ensure precision in order entry. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience in hospitality, particularly in fine dining settings, is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
