Must be 21 years old to Apply Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Assist with food preparation or setup when needed, supporting overall restaurant operations Follow food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices to ensure guest safety at all times Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, especially in fine dining environments Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and adhering to food safety standards is essential Knowledge of the food industry trends and culinary terminology will be an advantage Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
