Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of dishes and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing a Toast POS system to ensure seamless transactions. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a keen eye for presentation and quality. Upsell menu items by highlighting popular dishes and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained throughout service. Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction in a lively hospitality setting such as a nightclub or fine dining restaurant. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife venues. Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing and cashiering. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional guest service. Exceptional communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor to foster positive guest relations and teamwork.
