This role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively, fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests feel welcomed, attended to, and satisfied from start to finish. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell menu items, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed Assist with food preparation, beverage service, and sanitation tasks to support overall restaurant operations Use reservation systems like OpenTable for guest seating management and waitlist organization Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktail recipes to answer guest questions confidently Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience with fine dining service standards and beverage programs is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws (spirits experience) Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences every weekend!
