Duties Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements Assist guests with seating preferences and answer any initial questions about the menu or specials Take and relay guest orders accurately, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, maintaining high standards of guest service and hospitality Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit Maintain cleanliness of host stand, dining areas, and service stations while adhering to health and safety standards Use phone etiquette to answer reservation calls and provide information about the restaurant's offerings Support team members in delivering seamless guest relations and memorable experiences Qualifications Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of serving techniques, guest relations, and phone etiquette is beneficial Demonstrated professionalism in guest services and hospitality settings Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
