Position:

Server Host Busser Cashier Line Cook Dishwasher Bartender Manager Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding guest relations to ensure a memorable dining experience Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions, process sales accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas including dining space, bar, kitchen, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and sales processing accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items and promoting specials to maximize sales opportunities Embark on a rewarding hospitality career where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
