The Laughing Owl Restaurant is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has great communication skills, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and provide a warm, welcoming experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks efficiently while following restaurant standards. Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables and dining areas. Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders. Process payments, handle cash, and provide correct change. Assist with side work, restocking, and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous serving experience preferred but not required—training provided. Must be 18 years or older . Strong multitasking and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure. Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods and carrying trays up to 25 lbs. Knowledge of food and beverage menus or willingness to learn.
