Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including fine dining or casual dining environments Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving tables and processing payments Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation techniques Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training upon hire; familiarity with sanitation standards is preferred Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
