Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, beer and wine knowledge Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Weekend hours a must Join us to be part of a lively team!
