What We're Looking For:

Someone who genuinely enjoys creating experiences , not just taking orders Strong knowledge of wine and whiskey , with the ability to guide and educate guests A background in fine dining or elevated casual service A calm, professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Someone who embodies kindness, humility, and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

Curate a personalized dining experience by recommending shared small plates and entrees Confidently walk guests through the food and beverage menus Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system Monitor guest satisfaction and step in proactively to ensure a seamless experience Communicate clearly with the kitchen and support staff Contribute to a culture of care, professionalism, and gratitude
