Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Clover Process cash, credit, and digital payments swiftly while ensuring accurate cash register operations and sales transactions. Assist in food preparation tasks to support kitchen staff, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by recommending popular or new offerings. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food service delivery. Manage customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service that encourages repeat visits. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such Clover POS is a plus. Strong food handling knowledge and understanding of food safety management practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Ability to perform basic math for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, sanitation, and operating kitchen equipment is desirable. Retail sales experience or grocery store background is advantageous but not required.
