Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Knowlegeable of menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with attention to detail Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to assist guests effectively Support food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Knowledge of POS systems for sales transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Culinary experience or food industry background is highly desirable Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to handle food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
