Job Description

  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills in food preparation and guest services, and contribute to the success of our restaurant.
  • Duties:
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage table settings, ensure glasses are full, and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.
  • Provide exceptional guest services, including helping guests with menu selections and addressing any concerns.
  • Process transactions using a POS system, handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitize all areas of the dining room.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of dishes and maintain a smooth service flow.
  • Upsell and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and with empathy.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with a focus on exceptional guest service.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using a POS system.
  • Strong sales and guest relations skills.
  • Familiarity with food preparation and the ability to assist with food preparation as needed.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy restaurant environment.
