Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated effectively Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in food handling, serving, and bussing duties Assist with opening or closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking supplies to keep the service area organized and ready for guests Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fast casual experience a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food preparation, food handling, or kitchen operations is a plus Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
