Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks confidently, including handling drink service and food presentation in fine dining or casual settings Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, dining spaces, and bar stations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure a seamless guest experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants, bars, or nightclubs is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience in fine dining environments or hospitality settings is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service.
