Responsibilities Assist servers by clearing tables, bussing dishes, and resetting dining areas efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere Support food running duties by delivering dishes promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring food safety standards are met Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, supplies, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors regularly to uphold hygiene standards Support food handling and preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen team, adhering to food safety protocols Use POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to assist with guest orders or payments when needed Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Experience Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Familiarity with food handling, food safety practices, and basic kitchen operations is a plus Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but training will be provided Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering excellent guest services Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely throughout shifts Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles will help you excel in this lively environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
