Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and preparing the restaurant for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and address any concerns promptly Support other team members as needed during busy service periods Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Experience handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively Ability to upsell menu items through effective communication and sales techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
