Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your ability to provide outstanding hospitality, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Menusifu POS system. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with special events or private parties as needed. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with the Menusifu POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately. Knowledge of dining etiquette and hospitality best practices. Ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude.
