Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing excellent guest relations from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and payments Clear tables promptly by bussing and resetting for the next guests, maintaining a clean dining area at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for seamless order processing Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols in the food service industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries professionally Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in busy restaurant or nightclub settings Previous experience in serving, hosting/hostess roles, or food industry positions demonstrating hospitality excellence Culinary experience or kitchen background preferred for better understanding of food preparation and presentation Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing processes Join us to deliver memorable experiences through energetic service!
