Role:
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. You will collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order timing and delivery. Process payments and provide correct change or receipts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas throughout the shift. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Customer service skills are used daily to create a positive dining experience and handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards ensures compliance with health regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and staff. Hiring for both AM and PM. AM shift 10:30AM-5 PM shift 4-10:30PM
