Also, open availability is wanted but not required. •Looking to hire for afternoon (10:30 AM - 4 PM) and night (4 PM - 12 PM) shift servers. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Familiarity with dining service standards is an advantage. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the restaurant industry. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
