Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, demonstrating beverage service expertise Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor Process cash and card payments accurately, handling cash transactions with integrity and attention to detail Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely delivery of orders Assist with guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, creating a welcoming environment for all patrons Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience in upselling, sales transactions processing, and guest relations enhances your success in this role Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills confidently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes guest satisfaction and loyalty Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry by becoming part of our energetic team.
